adidas P.O.D. System 3.1 is one of the most intriguing new silhouettes from the Three Stripes this year.This iteration of the model features a predominantly Grey mesh upper placed on top of the POD sole which consists of Boost in the heel, high-rebound EVA in the forefoot, and a TPU midfoot bridge for support and structure.The simple upper features a mesh bootie with a neat-folded ribbon lace facing.The new drop features an adidas NMD-style upper with a sculpted BOOST heel, a segmented midsole, foam detailing near the toe, and a cross lacing system.This August, the new lifestyle model will start to incorporate color into each iteration, starting with this dark grey pair featuring orange hits.The forthcoming silhouette is set to drop in four colorways, including all-white and a summer-ready grey/orange mix.
