Introduces a climb to the highest Nepali trekking peaks of Mera located in the
hidden areas of eastern Khumbu at Hinku valley completely enclosed and beyond from the main
trekking trail of Everest region.
Mera Peak stands high at 6,461 meters / 21,190 feet the top of the summit offers mind blowing
panorama of world’s highest peak Mt. Everest 8,848 m, Mt. Lhotse 8,516m, Mt. Makalu 8,463 m
and as far to Mt. Kanchenjunga range which is the world’s 3rd highest at 8,586 meters in the
eastern horizon with number of beautiful adjoining peaks including majestic Kusum Kanguru close by.Team Himalaya’s trek and climb to Mera Peak Climbing & Hinku Valley leads towards the
least trekked area with several high passes in the remote area of eastern Khumbu and Everest
region where one can view Mt. Everest and other highest peaks at mere distance. This trek and
climb to Mera Peak Climbing & Hinku Valley peak begins with a scenic short flight to Lukla,
the gate way to Khumbu and Everest region. From this town,we start the adventure towards high
Khumbu valley passing through several nice farm villages and crossing high passes to enter the
hidden Hinku valley in complete isolation and perfect harmony of nature and mountains. This
trip is designed with ample time for acclimatization before heading higher elevation with side
trip to other main areas and villages of Khumbu. Mera Peak Climbing & Hinku Valley trek and
climb slowly approaches towards Mera Base Camp with great views of tumbling Ice falls and
glaciers after a great time with optional hike and then heading towards the very end of Hinku
valley for the climb to the summit of Mera peak with enough rest and acclimatization.
The climb to Mera peak will be taken with much precaution by our expert Team Himalaya
guides who will make the route and fix ropes where necessary for safe climbing. Although the
climb on this peak is less technical and straight forward to the highest top at 6,461 meters but
definitely requires safety measures and professional guidance.
Once at the top, we will have the lifetime experience of the soaring and alluring views that
encircle the summit.
The return journey will be much easier on the downhill path with few climbs over the passes and
walking through enchanting woodlands towards. And then back to Lukla for the scenic flight bto
Kathmandu after an adventure of a life time with trek and climb to the summit of Nepal’s highest

    • Day 04: Trek to Tuli Kharka 4,300 m – 06 hrs.
    • Day 05: Trek to Mousum Kharka 3,430 m – 04 hrs.
    • Day 06: Trek to Tagnag 4,360 m – 05 hrs.
    • Day 07: Rest day for acclimatisation.
